Bahubali 2 – The Conclusion is the highest grosser in the history of Indian film industry. The movie got the advantage of Bahubali’s super success and earned a humongous amount at the box office. But still this actor of the film, is not the most popular actor of all time.

3 Idiots

Aamir Khan starrer 3 Idiot showed the reality of Indian Education system and spread the message of following the passion instead of just copying the choices of other people. Chak De India

Shah Rukh Khan broke his image of a romantic actor by acting in this movie. He played the role of a hockey coach whose only motive is to make Indian women hockey team a world champion.


This movie was inspired by the true events and promoted the national sport of India “Hockey” at a high level. Also, the songs of the movie were superhits and liked by its listeners.

Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge

The love story of Raj and Simran in the movie DDLJ was simply amazing and set a new standard for all romantic movies. Not only the dialogues but also the songs of the film were superhits. It featured some of the best Indian Songs in any Bollywood film.

Whenever this movie aired on the television, the TRP for the channel goes high. DDLJ has already completed over 25 years at the box office and is still the most favourite movie of almost every individual.


Kangana Ranaut made herself count at the box office with the women-centric movie, Queen. The movie received a positive response from the audience and earned a good amount in the theatres. She placed an awesome female lead.

Due to this movie, Kangana’s acting career got a jump, and her popularity increased manifolds. Queen showed the importance of giving freedom to the women to explore themselves.


Padmaavat arrived at the box office after facing a lot of struggles due to the meaningless protest by Karni Sena. It was postponed to a new date due to the conflicts in many states. When it hit the theatres, it failed to receive full screens and lost around 25% business due to less screening in the theatres.


Despite the ban on the film in some states, it managed to cross the mark of Rs. 500 crores in the worldwide and earned more than Rs. 400 crores at the domestic box office.
